Levi Bronze grew up surrounded by the cattle, crops, sweet tea and cornbread of central Alabama. While in junior high school, he began to diddle at writing.
He made his first contribution to the literary world while in sixth grade when he penned a somewhat lengthy poem about life during wartime. To Levi’s surprise, the teacher read it before the class and gave it a rave review.
The scribbling ember inside Levi began to glow. While many of his contemporaries loathed essays and research papers, Levi delighted in them.
In high school, he tried his hand (literally his tongue) at public speaking and went on to be elected student government president. Later in college, at the University of North Alabama, he fell in love with storytelling.
Some of his writing assignments earned encouraging remarks from professors and the cinder of being an author ignited to a blaze. Since then, Levi Bronze has been a passionate writer.
He currently lives in the Memphis area with his wife and son. He still loves sweet tea and cornbread, as well as college football. He debuted as an author with his first novel, The Red Brick Road.
